Aramide Okegbenro

General. Manager, TENAX Marine

Aramide is a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships across the marine logistics, offshore services, and oil & gas industries.

With a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles, Aramide has consistently delivered multimillion-dollar revenues while overseeing accounts for global clients including Apple, Shell, Chevron, TotalEnergies, and ExxonMobil. Her expertise spans contract negotiation, bid and tender management, account development, commercial operations, and supply chain optimization.

 

At the core of Aramide’s professional focus is increasing profitability, expanding market share, and ensuring effective participation in tendering processes, RFQs, and business development opportunities.

Before joining Tenax Marine, Aramide held a commercial role at Bourbon Offshore, overseeing vessel fleet utilization across West Africa. She was also part of the founding team at TSL Marine (now Tenax Marine). In addition, she worked with Canadian firm Intouch CX, a global leader in digital customer experience management, where she contributed to scaling and optimizing business process outsourcing initiatives.

 

Aramide holds a professional certification in Contract and Commercial Management from the World Commerce and Contracting Association and is an active member of the Supply Chain Management Association and the Canadian Professional Sales Association.

James Odeyemi

Business Development Manager, TENAX Marine

James is an Enterprising, Conventional and Social Individual with over a decade and half working experience in the Oil and Gas Support Services, Real Estate and Finance Sector. His attributes support company general compliance and regulatory affairs, Business Development, Accounts and Administrative duties both for start-ups and established companies.

 

Prior to joining Tenax Marine, James worked with Portplus Limited; an indigenous oil servicing company as the Head, Finance / Business Development and led a team to bid and awarded a 5-years + 2 NUIMS/SNEPCo contract for New Build PSV. He also prepared the cashflow for the acquisition of the asset (MV MATHIAS PRIDE) to mark a new era for the company. He was with Century Energy Services Limited (CESL), an Oil servicing firm as a finance coordinator and member of the project team for the acquisition of Century Port and Terminal (formerly SHELL Kidney Island Facility). Prior to CESL, he was with Diverse Concept Limited (DCL), real estate firm as Finance and Admin.Manager, a company awarded to construct 816 Housing Flats Estate in Igbogbo Ikorodu by Lagos State Government.

 

James is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos, Member of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) and has obtained several training courses in Sales and Marketing including a certification from Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He is a Life-Learner and team oriented with highly developed skills in delivering superior solutions to clients and able to build motivated team that consistently exceeds targets from sourcing opportunities to successful job completion.

Olaniyan Caxton-Martins

Business Development Manager, TENAX Energy

Olaniyan Caxton-Martins is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over 13 years in the offshore drilling, contract management, business development, project management, and manufacturing sectors of the Oil & Gas industry.

 

Prior to joining Tenax Energy, Olaniyan worked as an Operations Engineer/Rig Manager for OES Energy Services (formerly Oando Energy Services), a Business Development & Technical Services Manager for Oilcroft Energy and Vantage Screens respectively.

 

Caxton, as he is fondly called, is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department from the University of Lagos.

Oludare Abiodun

Business Development Manager, TENAX Trading & Logistics

Oludare is a Results-driven Salesperson with extensive experience in Telecoms, Banking, FMCG, Agrochemicals, and Industrial Chemicals with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Prior to joining Tenax, Oludare worked with Orient Global Manufacturing Limited where he oversaw expansion of the company in Northern Nigeria. He also worked with Etisalat Nigeria as a Customer Service Analyst.

 

Oludare holds a degree in Economics Education from the University of Ibadan and Masters in Development Studies from Bayero University Kano. He is a Member, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS, UK).
